The covers and some pages from Freedom Force #5 and #6 by Eric Dieter, Tom Scioli, Tom McCraw, and Charles Pritchett.

I remember my brother playing the Freedom Force PC game way back when, but I don’t think I even knew there was a comic tie-in until I ran across one in a back issue bin.

These are really fun retro superhero tales with dozens of neatly designed characters running all over the place and great, especially crisp Tom Scioli artwork. It’s also colored by Tom McCraw, who’s name I never knew until recently, and now all of a sudden he’s coloring everything I come across. He really adds a lot to the books he works on. Wonder what he’s up to now.

I’ll certainly be on the look out for first four issues of the six issue run. I kinda want to dig the game out now too.
